Minimalist creative direction to illuminate natural beauty. Baron & Baron’s team of creative directors was tasked with re-defining the foundation category for legendary makeup brand Nars.

Nars Light Reflecting Foundation represents the cutting edge of skin care combined with a sophisticated, quietly modern sensibility. The campaign launch, lensed by Marc Regas, and Directed by Jonathan Krisl, celebrates the luminous beauty of light dancing across flawless skin.

A weightless formula requires a light touch, so a softly minimalistic aesthetic was applied to Baron’s design of the sustainable packaging as well. Stunning still life photography by Spencer Higgins emphasizes the clean, light approach to eco-friendly cosmetics.

To quote Francois Nars, the beloved brand’s eponymous founder, “ Always show skin in its best light.”
